These last two months the auto payment for my rent was a little wonky and the team @ Atlas was super helpful in making sure I paid my rent and didn’t pay any unnecessary fees. Everyone is extremely understanding and really meets you at where you’re at.

I absolutely love Atlas! If I wasn't relocating cities, I definitely would have renewed. The amenities are great, the property is clean, and the appliances in unit are new. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The community events are a great way to meet neighbors. Overall I have no complaints :)

Good experience but some suggestions/imrpovements: I don’t like the trash bins that WeDoTrash provides. There’s no floor pedal and no the lid keeps falling off. There’s a lot of wasps by the pool. I don’t mind but my gf is scared of them lol. A pickleball/pool tournament would be a fun way to meet new people.

The office staff has been very helpful, they have answered every question and walked me through all the steps. The tour through the apartments was very thorough.

I absolutely love living at Atlas Eastside! The complex is brand new, so everything in my unit was in perfect condition from day one. The finishes are modern and high end it really feels like a luxury experience. From the sleek appliances to the beautiful flooring and thoughtful design, everything was clearly built with comfort and style in mind. The community itself is also stunning and well-maintained, and I’ve had a great experience so far. If you’re looking for a place that feels fresh, upscale, and peaceful, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Seriously love the apartments. The staff is super nice and the amenities are awesome. I’m in the gym daily, always have friends over cause they love the pool, and either running the trail here or playing pickleball. Most likely renewing!

It'd be great if there was an exit from the mail room down to the parking lot. This would be very useful rather than walking the long way around. Confused by the need for a fob to leave the hallway on the first floor to the lounge area. Great use of pool and lounge area access, though.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The amenities are great, there’s a huge gym, a relaxing pool area, and common spaces that are well-maintained and inviting. It’s clear that the management puts effort into keeping the property in good shape. The community itself feels safe and welcoming, with neighbors who are generally quiet and respectful. There are also occasional community events that help residents get to know each other, which adds a nice touch. Parking has been easy and convenient, and the location makes commuting or running errands simple. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good balance of service, amenities, and community.

Me and my roommate have been looking at atlas for 6+ months hoping that we could get a unit. Well we did finally. And the community is just so amazing everyone says hi to each other it feels like a huge group of friends

I am very impressed by this complex. My studio apartment is very spacious, brand new, lots of storage in the kitchen, bathroom and closet. The Gym is beautiful and has everything I need for my workout. The pool is so pretty and has a lot of space to go out there alone or with friends. I am very pleased with my selection. There is a trail just outside of my area. Love the location as well. We are only 15 min away from all the cool places including downtown. Customer service is good so far. I had the pleasure to talk to Antonia who is the housekeeper and she is so nice and polite.

I’m enjoying my experience thus far and hope to meet new people. I like my apartment and have yet to meet my new neighbors. I enjoy the neighborhood and am looking forward to trying Sahara Lounge and going to the wildlife rescue. I dislike how small the Mueller HEB is though.

2 weeks in and we love it. Such a nice and calm community but they love to have fun too. Management and maintenance are awesome! We love all the amenities and the location is amazing!

No complaints, have love living here. The front desk/maintenance is always super helpful and quick. The pool has been great as it's warmed up. Definitely recommend.

Still have not received parking sticker, residents reporting stolen mats, more elevators would be nice Good management so far, fun resident events, Amenities are nice, location is convenient

cannot wait to move in. They have been so helpful with everything so far my experience has been great. They have been so flexible with which room we want. We applied for the bigger size 2 bedroom then once a discount popped up for the smaller we were able to easily switch with no problem

My partner and I have been here since September of last year and the community here has been nothing but kind and welcoming. The staff here keep planning fun events to keep everyone engaged with each other and the place is always clean!!!
